A student of MBA, Navjit who hails from Nabha, Punjab slipped into the world of filmmaking because of his flair and passion for making videos. Almost two years back, this energetic and dynamic man formed the company Virsa Arts along with his friends Arvinder Khaira, Varinderpal Bains and Amaninder Syan. In this short span of time, Virsa Arts has made over 50 music videos, and each video is made with a ‘creative difference’. At present, Navjit, who is the creative director of the group, has taken the company to dizzying heights. Virsa Arts has won many accolades, PTC Best Music Video Award being one of them.
Navjit who believes in raking his grey cells over every concept, has recently shot the video, Saree Wali Girl in Dubai, featuring Sunny Leone. The video shot in the picturesque locales of Dubai has garnered much appreciation and over a million views on YouTube.
In addition to this, his repertoire of work ranges from directing music videos for famous Punjabi singers. Of the volley of work that he has done, 'Soch' a video shot by him for the famous singer Hardy Sandhu, painted the city red making it one of the most-watched Punjabi videos of the recent times.
Navjit, a die- hard fan of films that flutter the chords of his mind and heart like Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Argo, The Color Purple, is a name to reckon with in the industry.
